Our customer service, art, and admin teams are all 100% based in Orlando, Florida. The majority of challenge coins (including ours) are made China but we do also offer made in the USA options. We've produced at our same factory for the last 18yrs for all branches of the DOD, a number of different federal, state, and municipal entities, unions, and Fortune 500 companies. Regardless of location of manufacture, we guarantee the quality of your finished product and ship fast and for free to all locations in the USA.We make creating custom challenge coins easy!
