How many wedding coins should we order for our guests?

Order one per guest rather than one per invitation — couples who count households almost always come up short, because guests want their own. Add ten to fifteen extra for the bridal party, parents, vendors, and the people who ask for a second one, then keep a couple aside for yourselves.

Our minimum is 50 coins, which covers a small ceremony comfortably. Because the artwork and mold are the expensive part, the per-coin price drops sharply as the quantity climbs, so 100 or 150 coins usually costs far less than twice a 50-coin order.
