We make custom belt buckles from 2" to 6" across. Most orders land between 2.5" and 3.5" — large enough for a crest, a ship’s name, or an event and a year, and still comfortable to wear all day.
Uniform buckles are the exception: the branch regulation sets the size, so start there and fit the artwork to it. Trophy and rodeo buckles run the largest, since being seen from a distance is the point.
Size and quantity both affect the per-buckle price — see the belt buckle pricing tables.
