Do bottle opener coins cost more than a standard challenge coin?

It depends on which style you choose. Bottle opener coins come as internal or external openers.

External openers put the hook on the outside edge of the coin. Because that is made the same way as any cut to shape coin, there is no added cost compared with a standard design.

Internal openers use a cut out inside the coin face, which adds a setup fee and gives up some of the surface area you have for artwork.
