We've answered the most common questions from government offices like yours. Still have questions? Our team is a phone call away.

Yes. Our art department keeps the official seals and emblems of government agencies on file so your coin is accurate the first time. If your office uses a newer or less common emblem, send a clear photo, scan, or vector file and our artists will recreate it as coin artwork, with free unlimited revisions until the proof matches your agency exactly.

Our minimum order for custom coins is 50 coins per design. If your office needs fewer than 50, our no-minimum custom coin builder lets you order as few as one coin, and stock and personalized coins have no minimums at all.

Yes. Per-coin pricing drops as quantity goes up, with price breaks at orders of 100, 300, 500, and 1,000 coins. Agency-wide, multi-office, and multi-division orders usually land in a better price tier than a single team run. Send one quote for the full order so artwork stays consistent across every coin.

You’ll have a free digital proof within 48 hours of submitting your quote request, and most orders arrive within 14 business days after proof approval, shipped free via UPS Priority Air. If you’re working against a fixed ceremony, retirement, or change-of-command date, tell your salesperson up front and we’ll do everything we can to meet it.

We do! We can ship to any APO, FPO, or DPO address. We do charge for shipping to these addresses. Standard shipping to US street addresses, including federal buildings, city halls, and department offices, is always free.

Challenge coins typically cost $5.00 - $7.00 per coin for a full production run of 100 coins. Pricing depends on a variety of factors including size, quantity, and coloration. Your agency’s seal or emblem, and the standards surrounding it, will often dictate coloration.
